About the Role:
This is a full-time or part-time position offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work from home. You will be joining a well-established team that believes in empowering individuals to live their best lives through our unique Well-Living approach to care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to clients with a focus on promoting independence and restoring functional abilities.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that meet the needs of our clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
About You:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including community settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilize required software to support working from home.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Insurance.
What We Offer:
BaptistCare offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
