Construction Supervisor Job Opportunity

RoadTek's Gold Coast Operations is seeking a dedicated permanent Construction Supervisor to lead our Structures team.

This role plays a key part in delivering vital infrastructure projects that support communities across Queensland.

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring construction and maintenance services meet client expectations, and effectively managing resources to achieve project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Structures team to deliver civil infrastructure projects efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes and resource utilization.
  • Provide guidance and support for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil supervision, preferably in road or structures maintenance and construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage team members.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within set timeframes.
