Job Description:

Oracle ERP Fusion Project Management Opportunity

Fusion ERP implementation is a complex process that requires strong leadership and technical expertise. As an Oracle ERP Fusion Project Manager at Pyramid Global Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Oracle ERP system, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving business value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously assess potential risks and issues, maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in EBS & Fusion implementation and support projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects, with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP modules, including financials, human capital management, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation initiatives, including integrations, reporting, security, and general IT background.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
