Senior Workplace Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workplace Transformation Lead to spearhead and deliver impactful workplace change initiatives across multiple sites. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive hands-on execution while fostering collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework to support office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace improvements.
  • Partner with senior executives to ensure alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, staff, landlords, and vendors through effective communication and influence.
  • Drive communication and engagement activities, including FAQs, guides, town halls, and move readiness sessions.
  • Conduct thorough staff impact assessments and support the adoption of new workplace models, amenities, and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide site-level change teams, ensuring consistency across locations.
  • Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks, issues, and adoption progress to executives.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in workplace transformation, office relocations, or property lease transitions.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end relocation or workplace change programs.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and site-delivery level – comfortable presenting to executives while also rolling up sleeves to support staff on the ground.
  • Strong background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business cost efficiency with employee experience and wellbeing.
  • Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) desirable.
