Administrative Liaison Specialist

The role of an Administrative Liaison Specialist is to serve as a key point of contact between various stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and patients. This position requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build rapport with diverse groups, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with members of the Executive, senior leadership, MDHS staff, external partners, patients, and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Medical Services and the credentialing team at Grampians Health Ballarat to support medical credentialing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools and software applications.
  • Superior writing and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Able to juggle multiple demands and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
