Job Responsibilities:
  • Accounting execution and management including accounts receivable and payable
  • General ledger reconciliation and compliance with regulatory authorities
  • Implementation of internal control procedures
  • Financial reporting and processes management
  • Accounts receivable and credit risk assessment
  • Accounts payable and cash flow management
  • Support for payroll administration
  • Overseeing and assisting contract administration
Requirements:
  • Experience and qualifications in accounting duties and functions particularly in accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Understanding or ability to obtain understanding of contract processes and procedures
  • Experience in payroll processing and compliance including tax and workers compensation regulations
  • Experience in preparing and lodging business activity statements BAS FBT and GST statements
  • Understanding of accounting terminology processes and procedures
  • Experience in implementing processes and procedures
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Disciplined to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
