Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Benevolent Society Full time
About The Benevolent Society
The Benevolent Society's vision is to build a just society where all Australians can live their best life. For over 200 years, we have supported people at the margins of society, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, children, young people, and their families, older people, carers, and people with disability. We are an independent, non-religious service provider that supports people to live life their way.

About the Role
We are seeking passionate, newly registered Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic multidisciplinary Disability Services team. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from paediatrics to geriatrics, with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities. Whether in clients' homes, community settings, or from our office spaces, you will deliver flexible, impactful care in a holistic and client-centred way. With personalised mentorship from experienced Clinical Supervisors and Team Leaders, you will be supported to grow your skills, build confidence, and thrive in your career as an Occupational Therapist.

What to Expect
Build valuable skills in delivering client-focused care, allowing you to see the positive impact your contributions have on clients as well as building a strong foundation towards your professional growth. Receive continual ongoing support from our friendly Senior Occupational Therapists and Clinical Supervisors to help you settle in, grow, and thrive. Attend monthly 'communities of practice' where you will connect and build lasting relationships with our Disability teams across NSW and SA. In these sessions, we share practice knowledge, troubleshoot, and brainstorm how we can continuously improve our services and celebrate our wins.

Our Benefits
We support people to live their best life. That includes you, our employee. A 'best life' is unique to everyone and can change as life changes. Our benefits include:
Salary packaging up to $15,900 pa of your pre-tax salary to pay for everyday expenses before income tax is calculated, meaning you take home even more pay
