About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architecture Leader to lead our team in increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services within the Australia and New Zealand market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the ANZ Solutions Architecture team
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources
  • Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can effectively communicate cloud-based solutions to customers

The Ideal Candidate: You will have a strong business acumen, technical background, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers and partner with sales, support, services teams, business development, marketing, partners, and professional services.
