Are you a marketing automation specialist looking for a challenging opportunity?

This part-time position offers the chance to shape our marketing technology stack and support student growth and success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with HubSpot and a passion for automation and journey optimization, preferably with experience in the educational sector.

You will review existing workflows, create new automations, and optimize contact journeys to support student enrollment.

This role requires strong understanding of marketing automation, email and SMS content and journey building, funnel management, lead scoring, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication skills are also essential for cross-team collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM automations and journeys
  • Support course advisor automation for a seamless prospective student experience
  • Review and implement marketing automation workflows
  • Create and maintain lead nurturing sequences
  • Assist course advisors with CRM automation and processes
  • Develop reporting dashboards
  • Maintain data quality and compliance
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation
  • Experience in email and SMS content and journey building
  • Funnel management and lead scoring experience
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Process documentation expertise
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
