Job Description

As a Delivery Director for Large-Scale Projects, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop strategic plans to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other specialists, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, risk management strategies, and quality control processes to minimize risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Analyze project performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or project management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
