The Mechanical Operations Team at our Regents Park workshop is seeking an energetic and mechanically-minded individual to join their ranks. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this person will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our workshop.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar mechanical environment, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. They will be required to provide labouring assistance to qualified Trade Technicians during technical tasks such as pump or associated equipment service and repairs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to Trade Technicians during technical tasks
  • Testing pumps post-repair
  • Spray painting of pumps post-repair
  • Preparation of items for shipping
  • General cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping duties in workshop and warehouse
  • Forklift operations for movement and storage of pumps and other equipment

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is able to read and interpret maintenance manuals and has intermediate level computer literacy, particularly MS office suite.

A background in mechanical/electrical trade and experience with power and hand tools is essential. A forklift and HR license would be highly advantageous.
