We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team in Mandurah, WA.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting Registered Nurses with documentation, medication administration, and resident assessments
  • Supporting residents with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition
  • Contributing to infection control and prevention initiatives
  • Providing palliative care, restorative care, and pain management support
  • Liaising with residents' families, doctors, and allied health professionals
Requirements:
  • Certification in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • COVID-19 vaccinations and annual flu shot
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience in aged care as a Personal Care Worker in Australia
  • Current Police Check (under 12 months old) and NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
