Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the integrated care of patients admitted to the Gawler Health Service Midwifery Ward.
  • Contribute to the provision of high-standard clinical services to Gawler and its surrounding areas.
  • Provide antenatal care in conjunction with Midwives and assist with deliveries needing medical input.
  • Contribute to Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network committees and review Quality and Safety within the Gawler Health Service.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Fellowship with Royal Australian New Zealand College Obstetrics and Gynaecologists.
  • Eligible for registration as a Specialist with the Medical Board of South Australia.
  • Proven skills in problem-solving and decision-making at both the clinical and individual level.
