Senior Project Architect Role Overview

As a senior project architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure accurate and timely construction documentation from post-development approval to completion.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and team performance to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Liaise with internal management for approvals and sign-offs at key milestones.
  • Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality checks at each stage, applying your expertise in construction detailing.
  • Regularly review design work to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
