Job Overview:
The Rehabilitation Consultant will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide psychological or physical support to individuals, helping them achieve their full potential.
- This role involves case management and applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals.
- Deliver innovative virtual reality pain education programs and assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and skills in rehabilitation, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous experience in case management and return-to-work initiatives is highly desirable.
