Farm Operations Manager
About the Position:We seek a skilled and experienced facilities manager to oversee key on-farm services across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations including bird movements, manure removal and shed wash and disinfection.
- Build and lead high-performing teams to meet farming requirements and provide necessary training.
- Evaluate and implement company policies effectively.
- Maintain compliance with WHS standards in relation to tasks.
- Drive operational efficiency and achieve KPI targets.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Logistics, Business or Project Management (advantageous but not essential).
- 5+ years of management experience with a proven ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong WHS knowledge and project delivery skills, with a focus on time, budget and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of equipment maintenance.
- Skill in leading multi-site teams, improving operations and fostering collaboration.
- Organised, results-driven and KPI-focused.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week for site-based leadership.
