About This RoleWe're searching for a leader to step into the role of National Inventory Manager, someone who's passionate about mentoring teams and driving operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 6, creating an environment where people thrive and develop.
- Oversight of inventory control and compliance programs across distribution centres, kit rooms, and consignment locations.
- Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external auditors to ensure governance frameworks are robust.
- Champion continuous improvement, scalability, and accuracy across all inventory processes—your insights will shape strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years leading and developing teams—with a clear passion for people management and coaching.

- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
