**Job Overview:**

This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) and ensuring their compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and regulations.

The incumbent will develop and implement strategies to evaluate SDP performance and adherence to contractual obligations, as well as refine contract audit methodologies to effectively assess SDP performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the procurement process for SDPs to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to evaluate SDP performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Refining contract audit methodologies to effectively assess SDP performance and compliance.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for assurance-related processes, systems, and compliance requirements for the contract, working with internal stakeholders and external specialists to optimise processes and system interactions to improve performance against business-driven targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders. A strong understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and quality assurance is essential for this role.
