Procurement Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global Procurement team as a Quality Control Analyst. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that every Purchase Requisition is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

You will conduct detailed reviews of submitted requisitions, checking each field for accuracy and identifying any missing or incorrect information. Through direct communication with internal business partners and third parties, you will clarify requirements and support the timely approval of requisitions.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards that keep our processes running smoothly and compliantly. You will collaborate across global teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure tasks are completed timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a thorough review of the Purchase Requisition to determine if the Purchase Requisition is ready to be approved.
  • Identify missing or incorrect information.
  • Enter/update required Purchase Requisition fields, as applicable.
  • E nsure tasks are completed timely.
  • Communicate effectively with internal business partners, and vendors.
  • Complete proper and timely follow up on all outstanding inquiries with internal business partners, and vendors.
  • Address inquiries from internal business partners, and vendors.
  • Notify management of any trends or training opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
