  • Record and manage all consumer enquiries and complaints, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Provide feedback to internal partners, driving continuous improvement and enhancing consumer experience.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have excellent customer service focus, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle consumer complaints professionally, demonstrating resilience and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
