Job Title: Complaints Resolution Specialist

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Complaints Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acknowledging and assessing strata complaints.

You will work closely with external regulators such as AFCA or the OAIC, liaising with stakeholders when necessary and carrying out reporting and reinvestigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and assess strata complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with external regulators and stakeholders as required
  • Carry out reporting and reinvestigate files related to complaints
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Experience managing complaints in the general insurance space

Strata claims experience is desirable but not essential

Legal qualifications are an advantage but not a necessity
