About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our Medical Imaging portfolio. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support across NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations on medical imaging equipment.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Maintaining and expanding your knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
  • Adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
