We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our strategic technical roadmap and accelerate cloud adoption. As the Head of Technical Architecture, you will set the direction and execute a clear technical plan, ensuring a secure and compliant transition to the cloud.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud migration strategy
  • Lead a team of senior technical architects and ensure they are aligned with strategic objectives

You will be responsible for developing the future state of our architecture capability and preparing the organization for a post-cloud adoption environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10 years of experience in software engineering and/or technology architecture
  • Proven experience in managing senior technical professionals and expertise in building high-performing teams
  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong technical background with ability to dive into details when needed and provide strategic direction
  • Extensive experience in cloud migration and deep understanding of security and compliance in a cloud environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience and certification
  • Cloud migration expertise on a large scale
  • Experience in the financial services or data industry
