Assistant Director Role

The role of Assistant Director at our centre is to provide leadership and support to the team in delivering high-quality early learning and care.

As an experienced professional, you will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
