Role Overview

As a Trade Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone. You will also assist with day-to-day activities within the store, process orders and invoices, and maintain high standards of displays and merchandising.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. You should be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
