Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a key role in helping job seekers become work ready and find suitable and sustainable employment.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
- Helping job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
- Delivering ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
- Creating and implementing a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
- Building relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingsness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
