The role of Employment Consultant is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers become work-ready and find sustainable employment. Our team delivers Employment Services Programs across Australia with over 400 locations.
We are committed to supporting people in employment, independence, and improved wellbeing. This role offers a chance to uplift individuals and empower them towards a better future.
Key Responsibilities- Identify employment opportunities for your job seekers and provide guidance on securing jobs
- Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities, and create a clear pathway to employment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, and increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Build relationships with local employers and community organisations, and create joint job plans to support employment goals
- A supportive induction process with a dedicated L&D team, and opportunities to complete nationally accredited training courses in Employment Services
- Genuine career development opportunities, and the chance to work within a high-performing team
