• Plan and execute machining operations, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to established specifications.
• Program and operate CNC machining/turning centres, utilizing exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including quality assurance data sheets and production traveller records.
• Ensure the maintenance and operational readiness of machining equipment.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Certificate III in Engineering (Machining) or equivalent trade qualification.
• Proven precision machining skills, with a strong emphasis on quality in a low-volume, high-value environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Current QLD 'C' Class Open Driver's licence and physical ability to perform extended standing periods.

• Good mechanical aptitude and basic IT competency, including Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software, such as SolidWorks/SolidCAM.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to take direction and feedback positively.
• Current 'MR' Class Driver's Licence, Forklift Licence, and Overhead Crane Licence.
