Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams and manage staff to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical direction on projects, leveraging your expertise in sustainable transport and public transport planning.
- Develop and manage large, complex projects, coordinating resources and people to meet tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Recruit, appraise, and develop staff, promoting a positive and motivated team culture.
- Execute responsibilities as outlined in Arup's Quality Management System.
- At least 10 years of experience in transport planning within a consulting or government business environment.
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Planning or Civil Engineering or similar area.
- In-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of transport planning analysis and design.
- Proven track record in business development and market analysis.
- Superior understanding of local and interstate markets and relationships within these markets.
