- Develop and execute a comprehensive public policy and government relations strategy that ensures alignment with organisational priorities.
- Monitor and analyse political, policy and regulatory developments to anticipate risk and opportunity.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with government officials and policy influencers at state and national levels.
- Represent the company in high-level political and policy forums, advocating for outcomes that support business success and social value creation.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to Asset leadership on political, policy and regulatory matters.
- Lead and coach the Public Policy and Government Relations team in fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.
- Oversee campaign and content development to ensure messaging is compelling, evidence-based and aligned with the company's values and reputation.
