About the Role
We are seeking an Early Childhood Learning Specialist to join our team at our Castle Hill Service. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will be responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster). We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a commitment to ongoing training and support.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Care or a related field;
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework;
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate;
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check;
- Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework;
- Support the development of a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development;
- Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and the community;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records;
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
