Senior Claims Service Specialist

At Allianz Australia, we're seeking an experienced Senior Claims Service Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for claims management and customer service.
About the Role:
We're looking for an individual who can review and identify claims that don't fall within policy scope, ensuring the correct outcome is made. You'll also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, preparing and drafting documentation when required.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions
- Developing customer relationships to understand and meet their needs
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment. You'll also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
