Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Broadband Network Technician to join our team in Rural QLD - Bundaberg/Rockhampton. As a key member of our network installation and maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our digital broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair and maintain nbn products and services across various technologies
  • Work in multiple environments, including customer premises, and interact with customers to resolve issues
  • Utilize company-provided tools, vehicles, laptops, and uniform to perform tasks efficiently
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and clean driver's license
  • Exceptional customer service skills and honesty integrity
  • Self-management and motivation to work autonomously
  • Transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background
