About the Role

This corporate law position offers an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our fast-growing practice group.

The role involves assisting clients with company incorporations and related tasks, working closely with lawyers to prepare corporate governance documents and employee share schemes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our legal team;
  • Preparing complex corporate governance documents;
  • Assisting with employee share schemes.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate effective prioritization skills, work under pressure, manage multiple legal matters concurrently, and communicate confidently with clients.

This position is ideal for law students graduating within the next 12 months who want to start their career in corporate law.

There is a clear pathway to transition into a Graduate role after at least 12 months as a Paralegal.

Requirements

A law student with impressive grades or work experience in customer-centric industries is ideal.

Key qualifications include:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
