Business Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administration professional to join our dynamic and customer service-focused team in Adelaide metro. As a Business Support Officer, you will deliver exceptional administrative and customer service experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the business, including data entry, filing, and payroll processing
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage high volumes of work, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus with confident written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Business Support, General Administration, Data Entry, and Payroll processing
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritize tasks effectively
