Job Description

We are seeking a technically strong and innovative engineer with a passion for product design, automation, and driving complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex engineering projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Design products and systems from first principles, including force/vector analysis, manufacturing feasibility, and automation solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and maintain strong external relationships.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Contribute to innovation, R&D, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements

You will ideally bring:

  • A degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in product design and project engineering within the medical device, white goods, automotive, industrial equipment or semiconductor industries.
  • A strong background in injection moulding, tooling design, robotics, and automation systems.
  • A proven ability to design from first principles and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with CAD, MS Project, statistical methods, and G&T principles.
Location

This is a permanent full-time position based in Adelaide.
