Job Title: Mobility Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Therapist to join our team in servicing residential aged care sites.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration and experience working with older people to help them stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mobility assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to promote physical function and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Proven experience working with older adults in residential aged care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
