Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our team in residential aged care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people and help them stay active, independent, and connected to their communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in clinical areas such as mobility and functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.

You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and developing personalized plans to improve their mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

In return, you will receive ongoing mentoring, an annual professional development allowance, and access to an in-house professional development program.

To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and a passion for reablement and restoring independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients
  • Deliver clinical interventions to improve patients' mobility and function
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans
