As a Financial Strategy Specialist, you will collaborate closely with senior financial experts to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that support the well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support experienced professionals in achieving revenue growth targets by identifying new business opportunities, attending client meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Enhance the capacity of our team by providing high-quality investment, insurance, and strategic financial advice, freeing up time for our professionals to focus on business growth.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining up-to-date client information in Xplan, enabling the production of compliant and accurate advice documents.
  • Promote positive client experiences through regular interactions and foster a culture centered around exceptional customer service.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paraplanning and/or advisory roles.
  • Completion of financial planning studies or equivalent (mandatory RG146).
  • In-depth understanding of the advice process and compliance framework.
  • Advanced expertise in Xplan software, including financial modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of investment, superannuation, Centrelink, protection, and estate planning strategies.
  • Ability to develop strong networking and prospecting skills to drive business growth.
  • Confident communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strategic thinking to prioritize work flow and achieve business and client objectives.
