In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of transformative mobile solutions.

The Business Systems Integration team identifies and resolves internal processes that hinder progress. As a Technical Account Manager, you will listen to needs, design and develop solutions, and consult with executives to ensure smooth implementation.

This role involves interfacing with stakeholders, analyzing network features, gathering operator requirements, and managing carrier and industry approvals. You will also report project status, prioritize tasks, and manage issues with the Hardware and Software Engineering team.

To succeed in this position, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience working with cellular carriers on carrier certifications.

Prioritized skills include problem-solving, analysis, and strong communication skills. A Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, as well as experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
