We are seeking a dedicated and reliable facilities maintenance associate to join our team to service client offices, medical areas and accommodations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors
  • Vacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges
  • Dust areas within cleaning scope
  • Replace and replenish provided supplies
  • Spot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items
  • Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Have the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, and have willingness to apply for other compliance checks such as working with children check
  • Hold a driver licence and have a reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of work
  • Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
  • Able to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively
  • High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness
  • Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
