Our Opportunity

In this role, you will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by meeting specific targets, providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.

  • Experience within the employment services industry is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success
  • Proven success within target driven environments is critical

A valid police check and working with children check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access government data aligned to the role.

What We Look For In You

We are looking for a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.

Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
