Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Gladstone. As a key member of our Central QLD depot, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our fleet operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet Management: Ensure our fleet is well-maintained, compliant with relevant regulations, and operating at optimal levels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer inventory effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Fleet Supervisor, including driver inductions, medicals, and other requirements.
  • Operational Information: Provide operational information and directions to drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
  • Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Relief and Support: Assist the Fleet Supervisor in planning and coordinating fleet movements, providing relief as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues.
  • Fleet Experience: Previous experience in fleet management, scheduling, or related fields.
  • Computer Literacy: Intermediate computer literacy skills to utilize our systems and software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously when required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant fatigue management regulations and dangerous goods handling procedures.
