About the Role

SafetyCulture is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to empower product and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing user behavior data to identify patterns and opportunities for improving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • MAPPING OUT KEY PRODUCT FUNNELS, IDENTIFYING GAPS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT, AND CHAMPIONING THE EFFECTIVE USE OF DATA TO SUPPORT MAKING SMART AND IMPACTFUL PRIORITIZATION DECISIONS.
  • Building and maintaining robust data models to support analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with data engineers to source, clean, and transform financial and business data for analysis.
  • Developing predictive models that can be used to improve business outcomes and generate real commercial outcomes.
  • Supporting the creation and tracking of company goals by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and reports that monitor progress.
  • Staying abreast of emerging data analysis tools and techniques and contributing to the development of the data analysis function within SafetyCulture.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial data used for analysis and reporting.
  • Designing and conducting A/B testing to inform product decisions.
  • Promoting a data-driven culture across the business.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst who can bring a commercial acumen and a deep understanding of data modeling, SQL, and data visualization. You will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and for developing predictive models that can be used to improve business outcomes.
