As a leading professional in risk management, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating potential threats to our organization's success. Your expertise will be essential in developing effective insurance programs and strategies to achieve better outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for insurance and risk management to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with the Manager, Risk & Assurance, to support the identification and management of risks, as well as the development of effective insurance programs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collating and reviewing information for the Group's Annual Insurance Renewal process
  • Preparing the annual Insurance budget and cost allocations for the Group recharges
  • Managing Insurance premium and claims related payments
  • Leading insurance reviews and recommendations for contracts and BU initiatives
  • Engaging in acquisition insurance due diligence, placement, and transition requirements
  • Liaising with appointed Insurance brokers for effective insurance management
  • Maintaining Insurance claims reports and ensuring accuracy of data
  • Guiding business divisions in conducting insurance risk assessments on contracts and acquisitions

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor degree in Finance discipline or a related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in a role requiring insurance, risk or audit capability
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and MS Sharepoint
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, and drive to achieve outcomes
  • Strong data interpretation capability

Prior experience in influencing, insurance, and audit and controls would be highly desirable.
