About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Night Fill Manager to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our Night Fill team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Night Fill staff to deliver exceptional results in on-shelf availability and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and plan for sales and seasonal events to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective promotional planning strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate inventory controls and maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
  • Operate and maintain store equipment, including pallet jacks, cutting tools, and PPE for cold areas.
  • Focus on OH&S and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Deliver key performance metrics and targets across the Night Fill team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Store Sustainability commitments, promoting environmentally friendly practices and reducing waste.
