Job Title: Senior Civil Construction Leader

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals looking to take on a leadership role in a well-established business.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Project Oversight: Ensuring project objectives are met and agreed services are delivered
  • Site Management: Supporting the ground crew on each worksite to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively
  • Quality Control: Monitoring quality control of internal and subcontract crews
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and governing body standards
  • Resource Allocation: Assisting with resourcing plant, labour, and subcontractors
  • Progress Management: Overseeing project progress and calculating income according to the tender schedule
  • Communication: Liaising with client representatives and governing bodies
  • Talent Development: Supporting and advising site supervisors and leading a team of engineers

Requirements include:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in land development/undergrounds/pavements and earthworks projects
  • Experience with both small and large projects preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Direct management with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of contracts and project cost control management
  • Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
  • Driver's licence
  • Pass a pre-employment medical
  • Hold permanent work rights in Australia
  • Be based in the Perth Metropolitan area where you can be home every night
