Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification with extensive industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of earthmoving machinery – preferably Komatsu.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and needs in a dynamic work environment.
