Service Design Lead - Canberra Project

Skillfully lead a team in designing and implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex government environment.

  • Strong service design, UX research, and stakeholder alignment skills are required to drive successful outcomes.
  • 12-month contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive service design strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cloud migration, network modernisation, and secure digital services.
  • Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and drive co-design approaches.
  • Provide critical input into business process improvement, service rationalisation, and cloud readiness.
  • Communicate complex user needs and research findings through visual and written outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital transformation environments.
  • Strong capability in service design, UX design, and user research.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills to align stakeholders.
  • Able to work directly with clients in a consultative and collaborative manner.
