Product Growth Strategist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Growth Strategist to lead the strategic and operational direction of our brand portfolio, driving growth through innovation and impactful media campaigns.
About the Role
- Develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform actionable marketing plans.
- Create 3–5 year innovation masterplans by aligning global pipelines with local R&D.
- Manage end-to-end innovation and new product development processes in collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Plan and deliver impactful ATL and BTL campaigns to maximize product investment.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, market trends, and competition.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and retailers.

- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
